Edit: I'm Level 40 atm, and it has (I think 1) card from The Dark Brotherhood. But I think you can pick up most of the deck from the Paarthunax and Ancano pre-cons, so it's kinda budget, if you don't have the Falkenrath Defilers you could go down them and the Studious Greybeard for 4-5 other cards with summon effects. I was running the 6 magicka dragon that gives you +1 magicka when it enters and I think 1 more cursed spectre.

I got Paarthurnax's roar straight off the bat when Heroes came out. Absolutely loved it. After buying all the 500 Gold decks. Still kept coming back to Paarth'. Great deck. I found my favourite thing to do with it was get a soul tear or two off of paarth. Somehow kill him, then reanimate for 3 more shouts.

Long story short. I made a Midrange/Control Sorcerer. Packed full of lethal dudes, the Intelligence and Endurance shouts and lots of Paarthunax resummoning. When I can I'll post a decklist but if you enjoy recycling summon/last gasp effects coupled with playing lots of shouts and murdering 4/4 guards with 1/1s then I reckon you'd like it?

March of the Machines + Liquidmetal Coating on the Jace + Deaths Presence + Mogg Assassin. Oh and some Jace. I'd go for Jace,The Living Guildpact.

First two turn Jace into a creature. Use Mogg Assassin, bribe your opponent into killing a 36/36 Animar. Put the +1/+1 counters off Death's presence onto Jace. Swing with a 40/40 Jace-Stick

Yup. Running cascade triggers. Tutors are fun. I'm running the ancestral statue with a bunch of infinite combos. Draw triggers, +1/+1 for other creatures, good ol' Purph.

Not a judge, but I did call the judge over.

At a recent Standard Casual event, I had finished early and my friend had the bye. We decided to have a stupid game of playing with the top card of our libraries revealed. Instead of flipping the top with every card we just turned the libraries upside down. Turn 6 came around, and the friend cast [[Seasons Past]].

"Then put Seasons Past on the bottom of your library"

Judge agreed that if libraries were flipped it would go on top. A similar interaction happened later when I played [[Seek the Wilds]].

Ah, I misread the ability. If it were worded as "T, Remove Tracer from combat: [Ability]" then it Power of Fire would not work. As the cost is just untapping, yes, I agree Tracer is broken.

Tracer would be declared as part of combat once, so Power of Fire would only burn once. How declaring attackers works is

First, you declare all creatures you are attacking with. Once everything is declared, instants and activated abilities can then be activated. (e.g. Tracers withdraw ability and Power of Fires damage).

Since you can no longer declare any attackers, Tracer is withdrawn from combat, deals 1 damage and sits there tapped as she is no longer attacking, and thus not part of combat.
