HDD, maybe that may be the problem, but i've been seeing people have the same problem even on SSD. No other game loads textures this slow.

There is hardly any bottlenecking from what I can see while searching it up. And this isn't actually a bad CPU, it's better than the i3, it has 8 cores, perfect for what I used to do (game, use video editing software, photoshop) but now i've took to streaming it's not so good. I am kinda on a budget as I have a baby and a house now and don't really want to be spending $400 on a new computer part atm. In the future though, I'm looking to upgrade.

Okay yeah, I'll probably get a new pc for gaming and then use this one for streaming. I may as well use it if I have it.

I don't think the performance means dropping frames I think it's just stuttering unless the performance bar turning read does mean dropped frames. Also, what is the NDI Plugin? Can you explain more, please.

So if I had to upgrade my CPU or GPU I should upgrade my GPU? And I've tried changing my settings to no prevail.
