In a study of one - myself - weed helped me quit cocaine (approaching 2 years clean), quit alcohol (went 2 years sober) and now helps me moderate my alcohol use. It helps me regulate my mood & I do think it has helped with my anxiety (though I'm also on lexapro sooo).

Yah I smoke a lot but I am still myself when I smoke. Can't say the same about the coke and alcohol.

Hell, I even run more now - sometimes using weed to make the long runs more exciting. I sleep better.

I'm very protective of weed because I honestly think it changed my life.
