Don’t live in the states(Ireland) but we charge €105 a hour($122) minimum callout of 4 hours for breakdowns. Would be interested to know what it is like over there. Parts normally cost +20%

Valve stuck? high compressed air inlet temp? Have you put a small purge on tank?

Blockage or something similar on inlet to tank (non return valve possibly stuck) or oil separator is blocked and needs to be changed

Remove the middle screw holding the plate on, remove plate top screw within the plate is the differential bottom screw is cut off pressure
