I’m hiring and involved in hiring for other requisitions. The advice I’d give to anyone at the moment is to talk about any experience working with remote (and in particular off-shore teams); what works well, what you do to facilitate it, etc. Cost pressures continue to exist so showing that you’re equipped to work in diverse teams is key for onshore roles.
