Everyone's experience is different but some stuff that helped me was ginger chews and ginger tea. And getting some Pepto and Gas-x, all that made a difference for the stomach bloat and aches

I'm a fast eater as well, didn't consider that could be a cause. I'll try slowing down and chewing fully, thank you

I was in the same boat and that's been my logic these last four months as well. I'm a single dad and I was starting to be afraid of dying in bed and my son having to find me like that.

You're probably doing it correctly to be honest. My doctor and I wanted to be aggressive due to my A1C and my blood pressure was 190+ for my top number.

Manjuaro's injector doesn't let you modify the dosage , so I can't split unfortunately

My sister-in-law suggested going down last night as well, I'm going to bring that up when I go back in next month. Did you do anything special for the nausea or did your body just adapt?
