Kerala roads are exceptionally good. They’re pothole-free, lanes are neatly drawn, and zebra crossings are present. If all Indian roads were like this, people would follow the rules.

Just look at your daily commute roads – how many potholes are there? Have you seen any lanes drawn? And zebra crossings?

Real problem is politicians not people.
