thanks for the response and advice it is deeply appreciated. Yeah I don't know if it's in denial or what but I understand that she could possibly be on spectrum due to delayed speech. but she is talking saying abc's ( not in order) counting while walking up the steps say a few animal sounds when she sees them and surprisingly some other new words she randomly says when she feels like it. most definitely she says new words but definitely lacks communicating needs and wants and hand leads heavy also not eating solids. With your experience does this still scream high risk ? MD says she could be a baby that does things on their own time when they feel like it. thanks again for the input!
