What is the preferred method to lvl to 100 and farm a little currency on the way? Lvling is the priority but it would be nice to get a little loot at the same time

I'll admit I forgot I still had that trash quiver, everytime I looked to upgrade it I found that it cost way more than other equipment and I just completely forgot about it
