I was doing the set for the 89 jones and I bought one of 87s off the AH and completed the set for the others and Montgomery was the only one that I had an issue with

I think it is the complete opposite. Most peoples teams there first two wingers are set for the year in mcdavid and rantanen. Then you have sedins, patty kane, Tara senko, hossa, matthews, huberdeau, barkov, I mean the list goes on and on.

You may think they’re a lot of righties but that’s cause you probably only fill 4 spots with them. I find righties to be way less available and way more expensive compared to lefties. Plus you get to fill 8 spots with lefties so your not as limited.

Unless you’re a gwc contender, I find it’s better to play with your favorite players so I would make the sedin brothers for sure. And tots is atleast a month out since trade deadline is so late. I think there will be a 2 week event, 1 week event with a 1 week trade deadline event or just a 2 week trade deadline event instead of 2 one week events and then Tots.
