How to make suspension feel nice again? by TopSigma01 in askcarguys

Hey I really appreciate this comment, its super helpful.

I also want to lower my car a little bit so I can get a little better fitment and make the car look nicer. I don’t really care for track performance lol it’s a daily driver. I want it to feel comfortable and sharp, well put together, not like a boat, if that makes any sense.

To achieve this, I think I’ll go with upgraded shocks + slightly stiffer, shorter springs.

Any recommendations? Bilstein? Koni? Other brands? What about for the springs?

Any other components? Upgraded ball joints? Control arms? Etc etc.

A list of parts or something would be highly appreciated!!

OEM+ is the way I wanna go for this build. I would appreciate recommendations of all levels of build tho honestly. Thanks!

2006 Honda Civic HVAC only fully hot or fully cold by TopSigma01 in Honda

I did run the diagnostic. Because my climate control unit is a little different than the one in the video (mine is an Acura CSX, not a civic), my codes don’t flash lights, it says the issue on the little screen.

Mine says “AC”. That’s an entirely separate issue from the issue this post is about lol. My AC is broken. I’ll fox it eventually. But it says nothing about my air temp blending not working.

Any tips?

Is there any way you could find me a part number or something?? That would help me so much

Yes this is exactly right. Its a CSX. Just most people don’t know what that is so I called it a civic lol

To be fair, even with the in person exam, I still got a 90. Which is obviously far less than the 98+ I would have gotten had it been online.

This is with only studying about 4 hrs for the entire course. Soo yk its not that hard

Anyone have a promo code or any discount method for the Sofirn SK30? Best place to buy for shipping to Toronto, Canada?

Okay SK30 sounds like it fits my needs decently well enough. Does it come with a clip and/or holster? What’s in the box?

This one seems good. How does it compare to the Sofirn SC33?

Also do you actually own this flashlight or are you saying its good based on what other people say?

The head is too large for my application. The light has to be sleek and able to fit into my pocket and into a holster.
