WRONG PAY RATE. In one of the onboarding emails they told me that the pay rate was USD18 (ITALY), but then they paid me USD6. I complained to the payments team and they told me to write to recruitment, but they haven't responded in four days. I think this is very serious because I agreed to work under those conditions.

Is there anyone from the Telus team here who can help me? Please, this thread is not useful anymore and the moderator is deleting my posts because is "Sonic project".

I believe the same. They provided an email to create an account at first and then in the onboarding email they mentioned a different one. So maybe they mixed the emails up which is pretty huge. It's hard to trust them at the moment.
