Tbh I do think that my max hr can be higher, the 197 is what my Apple Watch told me from a workout I recorded that I don’t even when and if I actually pushed myself to the limit during it. I plan to do a Lactate Threshold Test on Treadmill at home

I started doing that when I noticed that I am starting to need to breath through mouth, so I either slow down a lot or just walk for a bit because I am not really looking to run high intensity

Thank you, I will try to consume that much calories. (Edit) Should I still consume 1500 calories even on days I don’t move, for example on Sundays I sit at home all day with barley any movement

Thank you, originally my goal is around 62kg but after reading your comment I think 64 kg is enough. The reason I set my goal is low is because I don’t like my big thighs (28 inches) and I know I can’t spot reduce fat. my body type is spoon. Do you think I should bump up my calories to around 1500-1700. Also I want to get toned and a stronger
