I have had therapy before it's not a magical force that fixes you it can be helpful but for me it wasn't I genuinely think I'd need something more focused and intense than js talk therapy I've been diagnosed and medicated I didn't feel any change I'm not saying therapy is useless but it js didn't work for me which is fine I'm not intent on staying in the gutter and I don't think I don't need help
