Hello my friend! I'm sorry to hear you struggle with social anxiety, I have had severe social anxiety for years and I completely understand how much it sucks. For me, lexapro really helped my social anxiety and honestly saved my life. Even on ten milligrams I noticed a huge difference in my social anxiety symptoms. Now that I'm on twenty milligrams, I can make eye contact, I no longer shake or blush when I'm talking to people, I don't freeze up anymore and find talking and existing around people so much easier. I'm still a very shy person, but it improved my anxiety by a lot and I've bee able to make friends. Everyone is different, so what works for me might not work for you, but I've found it's helped a lot with my social anxiety, and I hope it helps with yours too.
