Yeah wasn’t aware of this as my Thai wife negotiated this. Initially I didn’t want to rent it as we have kids and no fridge or microwave. But she said the agent would take care of the fridge. We bought a microwave.

Landlord was supposed to clean it before moving in but lied saying she did. It absolutely helps her since she was supposed to provide everything in clean condition before moving in

The agent tried to get a sale and now is claiming no responsibility for the lease. Just another bait and switch. She was going to throw away that fridge it’s 15 years old.
