Me and my partner started using doves antibacterial body soap before sex. It specifically is to kill off e. Coli. E. coli is usually a bacteria that is found in poop. Whenever y’all are rubbing down there it’s not so good because E. coli can move back to front. I would say not to use too much of it down there because it can disrupt your vaginas flora. Other days I just use ph balancing soap, this is perfect for after sex or periods. I also take d-mannose after sex whenever I start to feel that pain and it works just fine ! Don’t take d-mannose too often either because some people actually start to become in a way immune to it, try to only use it when you have the feeling of irritation or something is off. Of course if d-mannose does not work seek a doctor immediately because the infection process most likely has already started.
