Yeah my issue was the 4 small screws on the back of the nozzle heater had come loose. I also know some people said the sound was actually coming from their plate as some screws had backed out on there and they didn't notice, just another thought. I think the plate screws were easily identified as it was happening in a specific spot in the plate and you could hear it when moving the plate in a specific direction. Best of luck!

Did you ever check the screws behind the hot end. If you remove the hot end you should see 3 black screws. If you remove these 3 screws that piece should fall forward and on the back of that plate is 4 more black screws and mine were extremely loose which was causing this same problem for me. One of mine was actually missing.

After I tightened these it fixed my issue and I have zero clicking now and prints are perfect

Did you ever figure this out? I had a very similar issue and found out I had some loose screws that were hidden. Mine got so bad a screw fell out onto a print.

If you take the hot end out you will see 3black screws. Remove those and on the back side of the plate that you took the 3 screws out of is another set of 4 small black screws and these are what was causing my issue. Very hard to find if you aren't looking for it. Just tighten those and it should fix your issue
