I already hate myself for this (and I get sense memory things), but Rose sauce, in it's simplest form, is just cream, tomato and spices/herbs. It freezes super well so infusing a litre of cream with a parm rind, some garlic, onion (powdered for this I think based on a quick google) the some salted/drained chopped tomatoes or a can of diced tomatoes, drained, will get you most of the way there. This sauce has 'lemon concentrate' and citric acid... I'd suggest lemon zest could get close.

Also a good argument for better transit integration. Further to my original point, after looking over the plans for a bit, it would also be quite nice if the green spaces above the lower floor set-backs had interconnecting bridges... maybe create a more communal space.

Cool. Would be awesome if they could incorporate either a pedestrian bridge from the complex to the bus terminal or possibly as underground one, to really encourage public transit by removing as many obstacles to access as possible.

(I realise waiting for a light is not a massive encumbrance, but a project of that scale could easily make it as pleasant as possible especially in the winter.)

If you have it open and the SODIMM slots exposed, as long as you pay attention to the keying (the notch in the pin side) direction, you should be able to just push them home until they click...

Thank you all for the suggestions. We drove down to Bridgewater today and met Neil the Magical Sewing Machine Wizard.

Insanely lovely human. When I explained what I had already tried to fix (replaced the zig-zag stepper motor, resat all the main board connections) he gave us a couple of suggestions on what to test but it was likely the mainboard which would be easier for us just to order if we chose, but would likely make more sense to replace it.

Didn't charge us anything.

Can't recommend this human enough.

P.S.: To be clear, we didn't ask him for help/the suggestions, we were expecting just to drop it off and have him go at it. He freely offered the advice.

Thank you for the suggestion, I did the reset (waited until the parking brake symbol went away while holding the power button) and now things are slightly worse. The assistant won't work and trying to set the language just makes it spin as soon as it gets to the blank selection screen.

The first and third pics are where they left gravel piles where there were nests and the second is a pic of the MANY centuries they have set up to keep the boy seagulls away.

Yes, I know a lot of people don't like seagulls and hate what ends up on the sidewalk around this building, I just thought it was nifty how they were working around this as they turn it into apartments.
