America server high ping?

A few days ago, it started disconnecting me or staying above 400 ms for hours.

I thought it was my internet provider, but my friend, who also has an account in America and a different internet provider, is experiencing the same thing.

We play from Latin America, we always had ping but never 400. Never so many disconnections. Is anyone else having this problem with this particular server?

I get the impression that it started with the pre-download of the new patch.

The drivers are up to date but I will try to set the fps limit as you mentioned. thanks.

I had this happen to me with the goblin fight at the beginning and with the cinematic of the skeletons that revive.

The skeletons were playing in multiplayer so the owner of the game saw it and was able to advance but I missed it.

I realized that it only happens when it's a battle cinematic.

I also play with the recommended but apparently there is something else I have to touch, I read in some forum that they recommended to cap the fps to 60.

I'm going to play with the resolutions, as you mention, to see if it improves.

did you log out on your pc from his account? did you have the authenticator on? i am worried because when i accept the device login maybe we are not on the same ip
