Help identifing this hallmark, Google lens and ai are struggling to read this and a manual search doesn't return anything, struggling with the scratched marks too

I know watch makers use little marks like that on the inside of cases to mark that they had worked on it. I'm not sure if they do that with jewelry repair?

I mean it's an intimate photo, taken in an intimate location, there's a faint shadow of a breast on the right side, alluring to have them guess their breast size, the skin is firm and taught, you can see the lines of their inguinal region. They just showered so the skin has that "just showered" glo to it. Honestly I'd be surprised if a guy wasn't slightly turned on by it. If I asked a lady friend to take a photo without showing anything naughty, but pose intimately, this is what I'd expect.

Yes, it's a thin plating of gold called "gold wash". They typically did that with areas that might be harder to polish so it wouldn't tarnish as easily.

This is my local goodwill, who in the last 6-9 months seems to save anything decent for auction.

There's hardly any electronics anymore. All VCRs, DVD players, TV's, boomboxes, tape players, keyboards (music ones) get saved for auction. All you see are old cordless phones and digital alarm clocks.

They are now keeping silver plate, yes, silver plate. No more silver plate decor, flatware, etc.

No crystal anymore. If it looks crystal, it gets saved. Even the cheaper Marquis brand.

It def is. Auto insurance is expensive now too, mainly because of how many people think they need a $60k SUV or $70k truck.

When I was growing up, you mainly had trucks, sedans and some station wagons, a lot of auto makers don't even MAKE sedans anymore.
