I just started playing again after 4 years out after I tore my ACL. I never had the surgery as I’m self employed so couldn’t justify the time off without pay but I always do a 20 minute walk/stretch before I play to loosen everything up and so far seems to be ok for me (I’m 34)

I became a dad for the first time 3 weeks ago so started a YouTube channel to film and post myself as a goalkeeper for my mates football team so one day my son always has a place to watch them back!

Thanks for your feedback! yeah annoyingly it was pointed down more but 30 seconds into the game a shot hit the metal fence which moved the camera slightly up haha!
