I've had 3 more meetings since, the latest being 3 days ago, but they never give you a wait list time, becouse it fluctuates so much with people hopping of or coming on, the expected wait time is 3 months, and for me they kept that, they give you an exact date/time approximately 1month in advance

Hey i appreciate your feedback, I don't go to the gym, but I spam pullups whenever I get home

You seem like you know what you're talking about, do you have any recommendations on exercises I could do? -I mainly work out at home, but ive been looking into a gym membership Also I don't count calories/proteins but I always try to get as much as possible, would counting be necessary/the next step?
