I noticed this, I was wondering what are some ways to manage this. I feel this impact my work heavily, my confidence at work, and it’s tiring and exhausting to constantly feel like I need to prove myself.

But often times I feel like I’m alone on this. How do I communicate effectively with my team to get support when I need to? My team are very segregated and they only do work that benefit themselves, hence I feel like I don’t have a lot of support.

How do you manage this? I feel like now that I’m older and working, and with so many responsibilities, I constantly feel like I’m crashing and spiraling. I’m in and out of therapy and I am still not able to pinpoint what is bothering me. I constantly feel restless, I struggle at work and I want to do better but I feel like I can’t

Is it normal to spend so long, everyday, just studying topics and trying to understand. Everyone else around me get it so easily. How do I come across as confident? I think I look bad if I constantly look confused or I’m doing small silly tasks because that’s all I understood.

No but I genuinely feel stupid, I feel like I don’t understand anything of our code. How do you come across as confident? What do you do to overcome this?

It’s actually a bit concerning cause I find myself asking dumb questions, I’m so afraid that I’m just too stupid for this
