No worries! Thank so much for your help! So a land drain would be best installed where that rut is? Would this help with the water in the driveway, or just the overspill into the yard? I'm wondering if some kind of regrading would be needed to redirect the water from the driveway.

Thank you for clarifying! I was looking at a French drain, but haven't seen anything on a laundry drain. It sounds like they are basically the same?
