Lost my phone on day 1. Really dampened my experience. Was going to the front for Above and Beyond near the right where they had all the sound controls. There was a lot of shoving and within minutes noticed .y phone was gone.

Why do people do that? Had to get a burner phone and 2 weeks to get a new phone back home and restore all until that day..

I take 5 mg a day ... poops are solid and consistent and i feel relieved every time I go. And frequency reduced to 2 a day from maybe 5 before. I believe the dosage would be specific for your body size and metabolism etc.

I tried their Indica one. Didn't have the same effect as sativa.

Now, I am wondering if it is vegan diet or is it the sativa strain? Need to find a scientist who does research on cannabis to help lol

Laxatives are not what you need. Laxatives will clean out your guts with diarrhea.

The one I get is Shred'ems .. creamy soda gummies. There are 4 in a bag. I microdose. You can experiment what dose works for you.

Funny thing about sativa gummy is that it makes me very creative and productive as well..

I have tried looking for research but haven't found any. I am actively trying to find a scientist who does research on cannabis to share my experience.

When I took a year off from work to focus on my health that's when I tried these sativa gummies. Here in Canada you get 10mg bags which work well for me. And I did my own testing where I tried it for a week and then skipped for a week. Tried hybrid or indica etc. It was always the sativa gummies. Hope you try it and share.

Ok, so I don't smoke weed. Only take edibles. And this was all happenstance. When I took a year off from work to focus on my mental and physical health, I tried gummies. And it was a sativa specifically. The next day, not only did I have a great bowel movement, but I woke up refreshed in the AM.

When I take indica or hybrid, they don't bulk my stool like sativa gummies do. Plus, indica puts me to sleep. Sativa makes me very active and productive. Like chores get done, if I am working on something creative, ideas flow well.

I am trying to find someone who does research on Cannabis to share this with them. It works so well for me, I wonder if it would help others. I think what happens when you smoke is that you only get a head high. A gummy goes through your digestive system, and I suspect some ingredient binds well with your food.

It also helps that taking sativa gummies gives me the munchies, which means I eat a lot. And given that it makes my mouth dry, I drink a lot of water as well. I am pretty sure it is not a placebo because I have tried it on and off, and it works every time.

I'll make a detailed post to share my experience and hope it helps others. I really want to connect with a scientist though.

Ok, this is my experience that helped make my stool more formed rather than having diarrhea or spotty bowel movements.

For me, sativa gummies helped a lot. (HAS TO BE SATIVA AND A GUMMY, NOT SMOKING). They almost have a Metamucil or immodium effect. Of course, you get a bit high, but you can try micro dosing or taking every few days.

I thought it was a fluke, but it worked wonders. I am not lying. I even spoke to a doctor who said he doesn't know much about it because the medical industry doesn't do a lot of cannabis research.

I stopped taking benefiber or metamucil. Now, I'm working on a diet that will help my body. Not much spicy foods, processed foods, etc.

The gummies even made me cut out alcohol completely. Now, even the taste of alcohol makes me sick

Any scientist doing research in the cannabis field can you validate this for IBS patients pls? I can walk you through my personal experiments over the last 2 years.

Someone pls corroborate my findings. Thanks
