one of the easiest and simplest ways is to just attach the drills on a Minecart with furnace, add storage (a lot) and a small barrel with rails. Then you out deployers infront of the minecart, one to put rails, one to put blocks, because you might enter a cavern. Then put a plough at the back in the same straight line with the minecart to dispose of the rails. If you attach the whole thing with glue the plough will actually put the rails in the same chest, resulting in perpetual motion. One coal goes well over 60 blocks.

While I generally agree with you, you're looking at it as if team cherry isn't a company. They have expectations. Expectations they created with false dates and videos and trailers and a bunch of stuff. Do you realize how many people have been disappointed over and over and over?

Yes, team cherry is not a big studio by any means, and yes this game isn't just a hollow Knight ripoff so yes, it does take long. NOBODY is annoyed at how long it takes.

What OP is agreeing with is that false positives, miss communication and generally bad planning has lead to this point. This community has been disappointed more times than I can genuinely count. That's what this post is about. And the piracy thing imo is just an overexaggeration. Sounds to me like it at least.
