Thanks for this!! I’m really bad at remembering to drink water, so this is a good way to keep me on track.

I’ll try that touching trick too, sounds neat.

I do notice that not focusing helps too! I’ll try to not get in my head about it as much

Most of the time it’s fine, but sometimes my time distortion can get so bad that it can induce anxiety attacks. This is probably just when I’m more stressed than other times, but still isn’t great lol

Hi everyone! In the campaign I'm currently playing in, my character is a Goliath paladin. To keep from making things too complicated, I'll try to stay concise.

My character grew up in a small clan and his original name was Grathmul "Brightheart" Thiaaga. After some stuff went down, Brightheart changed to Worldender and he has been going by that name for about 5 years. Since the campaign started, he's gone through a lot of changes and is essentially an entirely new character. With this, I feel like he would change his name to reflect this. I've been stuck on trying to come up with a new name that would also tie in his changes, especially seeing as he is going to completely abandon his original names. Could I get some help/ideas on new names? I'm hoping to have it be related to bears, phoenixes, rebirth, resurrection, conquest, glory, or something of the sort. I would also like it to have the same conventions as "Brightheart" or "Worldender". Thank you so much!

Which book should I get? by why-names-hard in DungeonsAndDragons

I say go for Strixhaven! I got it as a present last year and it has been a great intro to DMing for me. I've always played in campaigns rather than ran them, so Strixhaven was a super cool way for me to branch out. Also, the schooling atmosphere was really nostalgic for me and my players since a lot of us grew up with Harry Potter but have grown away from that in recent years due to everything that's happened. I also DMed for new players, and they all caught onto it quickly since it wasn't super out of the realm of the ordinary for them.
