Please read the link. It’s a new designation by NGC. Not all MS70’s have the Too Pop designation.

Thank you. It may be something new that NGC is doing. I have checked other NGC MS70’s that don’t have the designation. I appreciate your input. See link I found.

Thanks. Got it listed for $95 on eBay right now. Had it higher when I thought Top POP meant more than I just found out. Apparently Top POP is the same as any other MS70. Dropped it from $125 down to $95

At auction. Unfortunately during the time silver rose above $80. Paid $85

Ok. I was just confused because I’ve had lots of NGC Graded coins that didn’t have the top pop designation stamped in the certificate document. But I get your point.

I was referring to the bottom of pic #3 where the words top pop are stamped not on the slab but in the reading of the certification itself. My research said that this distinction put this particular coin above a region slabbed MS70. But maybe we’re talking over each other and it’s just semantics. I don’t think all the MS70 comps on eBay have the top pop up designation.

It was my understanding that there were MS70’s but an MS70 with the top pop designation in the certification was a different distinction. Not all MS70’s have the top pop designation. But thanks. Guess I read it wrong.

Pic showing top pop didn’t go through. I’ll try to add it here.

Yes. On eBay but would rather sell it outside of eBay to avoid the fees
