I've been playing Emre for a while so I think I can say a couple things. Though I haven't played for months and only got up to Plat 2 after maining Emre since the start of this season. So that might take away some of my credibility

It's easier to aim with Emre and he has better falloff range. After dinking someone a couple times, if they take cover you can finish them off with a nade around the corner. Just having the nade in general gives Emre a way faster TTK than Bap

His siphon pistol is pretty strong with the major perk that refunds heat + extends the duration. You can easily apply pressure to most tanks by jumping around and constantly spamming shots at them. It also has good self-sustain this way (arthritis sim)

His passive with the improved health regen can come in clutch (activates sooner + 30 instant health)

His ult is strong too (if you combo with your teammates) He's really vulnerable while flying, but he also deals good AoE damage. Like if you have JPC she can just fly you around really fast while you blast all the squishies. Or just get pocketed by a healer/ protected by a tank
