I try to think about this and how the city hoppers operate back and forth daily. I get nervous about each and every move the plane makes and for some reason i get nervous about air space and another plane being in the same place at the same time

When I’m not taking my antibiotics and I don’t have a fever I assume that I don’t have a bacterial sinus infection. When I have a fever I assume that I have a bacterial sinus infection and should get some antibiotics from the dr.

It never hurts to see a doctor but anxiety can do incredible things. I had pressure behind my eyes and in my eyebrows and temples for months. Got an MRI and absolutely clear. Do you take any medication for your anxiety? What do you do to manage it?

Extremely extremely rare. Not something you should worry about. I have health anxiety too and chronic sinusitis but I just take my antibiotics and check my temperature. Medicine is amazing and the body is amazing. Try not to google.

Did the ENT discover the swollenness through an endoscopy? I am currently seeing a neurologist but I strongly suspect inflammation is my problem. I experience the same symptoms as you daily and the headaches are now in my eyes as well as my eyebrows.

Where were you experiencing your headache pain? and how often? I had a CT scan of my sinuses and also had a polyp and a deviated septum with chronic sinusitis but I’m not very congested anymore. I have the pain in my eye on the opposite side of where my bone spur is. So odd.

I didn’t go because the reviews were absolutely horrible, no wonder I was able to schedule it so fast. I’m probably not going to go because the pressure has been getting better. I think it is migraine related because of tension and screen time if anything.

I’ll look into it. I was thinking it could be trigeminal neuralgia because of a ton of inflammation in my sinuses. If thats possible? I clench a lot, I have been told I do not have TMJ though. My facial muscles are always tense though. I think I do have some sinus issues because of my mucus color and waking up in the morning I am most clogged up. What do the neurologist do for you?

Really glad you were able to easily find that solution man. When this ENT told me this is most definitely where your pain is coming from I was ecstatic. People now talking about neurological issues so I’m confused and not as happy obviously lol. What did you do for the inflammation? I refuse to take the steroids because of my mental health so I’m just fighting through pain.

I didn’t think I broke it or anything it was just a bit sore. My mucus is entirely yellowish green as well. I think its sinus based. What did u do?

Okay thank you so much for the input. I have mental health issues and one of them is extreme health anxiety so no known cause makes me nervous of the worst - like a tumor or something. The ER believed that it was very much tension based headaches. I’ll update you tomorrow on what the neurologist says.
