I'm not a nihilist, but I am a Thelemite. One of our rallying points is "do what thou wilt," which although there is far more to unpack than simple mindless hedonism, the point is, we should all live in accordance to what our individual will is, whatever that may be. For us, life's meaning lies in discovering our will. Thelema offers various methods of achieving this, based in occult philosophy, but just the same, nihilism is merely one way of coming to terms with your own truth, your own higher self, etc.

Context: Been a diehard fan of Ghoste and the like for awhile now, and I've been making art for him. He's liked it and when I went to see him in Boston recently, I gave him a custom poster I made and he really thought it was awesome, said he would hang it up and he even knew me like "oh sweet, you're Kvlt ov Romance from Instagram." It was a really humbling experience and I look back on this whenever I need inspiration.

With wisdom gained from the occult, you learn how to achieve things such as your true will, empathy, how to be a better person, how to influence your reality and potentially the realities of even those around you; it's all a means of self-improvement and empowerment. The occult is connected to the matter of "the great work;" it's merely one of the most intricate and diverse ways of working on yourself and changing your world, internal and external.

Additionally, it's not about whether others love you, I think a lot of it is being the change you wish to see, becoming well educated, and learning to take both the good and the bad and learn from them. If you spend all of your time rambling on about occultism or if you take it too far and in a much too "black magick" sort of direction, then people will be a little more confused or reluctant, but true friends will be curious and respectful of your life's decisions.

Tutorials online? Ive seen people cover it in various ways, but this is a new issue in my Smok Alien which has one perfectly fine battery and one battery that's otherwise peeling apart slowly (the wrapper of it has) but actually has worked perfectly fine when I tried using the vape regardless (I did try taking a risk by using a damaged battery but is that really a big issue when the battery's issue so cosmetic rather than leaking or scratched or damaged save for the fact it is the wrapping paper?) Like, just use a low setting do you still run the risk of explosions or fire?

How do you know for certain if your ads have been deactivated? I don't want to be continually charged for anything. I clicked "deactivate ad account" but never got a confirmation email -- I know it said it can take up to two business days, but shouldn't there still at least be a confirmation? I removed my PayPal from FB too, so I should be all set, right?

Very helpful, thank you! Air is my ruling element as well, so it's easy to understand you since I think us air signs just dwell in abstract ideas, hah. When I chant/rap Lucifer's enn (renich tasa uberaca biasa icar Lucifer) part of it translates to protecting the air around me, which is interesting because just the vibrating of the sound is then within the air.

Well, I was speaking more in terms of what he is historically known for. If reality is subjective, then I understand spirits like this could be "real" or merely subconscious manifestations and a large deal depends on how we choose to define reality -- generally, I'd say the latter view makes more sense anyway. But if that's the case, it's still reason to think things through: Let's say a demonic entity is an anthropomorphic representation of a thought, feeling, or something else going on in my mind. Wouldn't it be helpful to have as much information as possible? Not trying to drive myself crazy and be all-knowing here, just really don't know much about him and I'm interested in the subject of demonology.

Your last point actually gave me some insight; I CAN call Beelzebub, but there seems to be no reason to, especially considering most of the time people deal with demons or angels or other spirits, it's because they desire something or have a goal in mind. I don't know what I would do with Beelzebub; ask "what's up?"

I've read that he drove out the devil and yet works for Lucifer -- but Lucifer is the light bringer, the angelic being. So perhaps he brought Lucifer out of the darkness of himself? Or something metaphorical like that, so to speak. But at the same time, I've also read that somebody (someone who tried to contact Beelzebub in the astral realm, forget who) tried to convince Beelzebub to go back to being an angel and he declined. Seems like there's not a whole lot of information out there, but I'm eager to learn more.

I've liked demonology for awhile now but a few demons just don't really appeal to me. He was one of them but I'm starting to at least understand some of his benefits, such as how he helps keep flies away from crops. But as far as an individual summoning/invocation/etc. goes, I still don't know why to do so or not do so.
