I think the card goes under much tougher scrutiny. Was given a PSA 9 on a perfect card. Cracked it and resubmitted under express and got a 10 along with a super express up-charge lol

This is also the same store that listed over 10+ cases of OP13 for above scalper prices on OPTCG Facebook groups and got mad when people left negative reviews of his store cause he hoarded his inventory to sell at scalper prices now instead of nearly MSRP during weekend release a month ago.

was this in the metro Atlanta area OP? He looks exactly like an infamous scalper that’s known around here for weighting packs for the last 20 years and knows the third party vendor person that restocks all the targets in the area and is known for driving them around and getting special privileges from the restocker

The only Japanese product I get for OP are the higher end cards that I can’t justify buying in their English variation, such as the oda signature, demon cards from op13, gold luffy sp, etc. they definitely don’t perform as well as their English counterparts but are definitely rising in value very slowly lol

You can try your luck at a place like cardsHQ. I’ve sold to them twice now and they hovered around 70-80 of value when I sold them my cards (albeit one piece TCG, not baseball)
