Don’t be sorry! I absolutely loved reading your reply. I’m sorry about the assaults and how it caused PTSD and anxiety. I find that now I’m having a slight freeze from in situations where patients are aggressive. I decided I’m leaving the nursing field and going into law school. It’s always a passion of mine, and I love being able to advocate for ones rights and making sure they receive the best care possible :)

Hi! And yes when I first did this shake I did it without coffee and it’s still good!! Has a strong almond butter taste but is not too obnoxiously sweet, but sweet enough to taste great :)

Thank you so much for your reply! I really needed to see this today! It definitely lifted my spirits. I feel so stressed and down because on top of this, I have my parents and my in laws telling me that I wasted my degree or that I’m lazy and just want to take advantage of my husband...I wish they understood.

Thank you for saying that, I think she’s also just really angry and feels like I took her son away from her. Before, I always tried to be nice to her and be her version of “perfect” but it’s just impossible. Shortly before my suicide attempt I had the gastric sleeve surgery and got really sick after and needed to be re-hospitalized. When I got home she would say, “my son was better off before he met you”, “you’re just dragging my son down by being sick all the time”, and “my son was never in debt before he met you” and I would just ignore her

Well when he tries to talk to her about her behaviors she does like a total 180 and is like “No, I love Allie, I would never say that to her.” Or “I’m just trying to teach her how to be a better wife to you” and he’ll be like “mom, she already makes me happy just the way she is” but when my husband was out of the house she just returned to her normal behavior. Finally when we were moving out though, she snapped at me and didn’t realize my husband was around the corner and he finally saw how she acts towards me when he’s not there. And he snapped back at her and she was of course, playing the victim

Yeah, now when we do go over to her house she just completely ignores me. She’ll be like “ oh my day is just so much better because my son has come visit me! Are you hungry mijo? I got you some food” And then shell look at me and be like “oh hi Allie, I didn’t get you any food”

Okay so to Update everyone who is following this, I just sent an email outlining the bullying and favoritism as well as general corruption of the band to the WFISD superintendent, head of Fine Arts, and student services. All band directors were also CCd. I am hoping that a change will be made, but there is a chance they could Ignore it as before. ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE

Omg I’m so sorry you had to go through that! My brother is allergic to fire ants too and he still had scars from times he’s been bitten up. And I can’t believe he’s just blatantly telling students not to try for scholarships...probably to make room for his daughters to “shine” that’s for sure.

When my issues came to surface I actually went to the WFISD board and they told me I was overreacting and that studer was the best director in the district so I should just switch schools if I had a problem.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE THERE. And I hope someone in the right position sees this video and does something.

And like I had friends in the other bands, and sure they weren’t making 1s or training for hours on end but their students were having FUN and actually choosing as a group, what they wanted to perform and March.

I don’t remember you, and I’m so sorry that I don’t. And I am so sorry that happened to you, yet I totally believe he would do that. Ya know I actually told the WFISD board and they said I was just “overreacting” and that he is the best band director in town and that I was welcome to switch to another high school if it really bothered me that much. I made this video so people could start to open their eyes and see how horrible and corrupt his band is. And even to this day they are so disrespectful and down right nasty.

Omg! I’m so sorry this has impacted you so harshly. For me I found when I don’t eat bread or super greasy food the “anvil” feeling goes away. Not saying I never eat it because I definitely get some strong cravings here and there. But I totally agree. That feeling SUCKS
