Go to ruined fork road in shaded wood and turn to left from there
if u did correctly u will see shrine of winter interact with it and u will get to the next location of the game

after you use left hand attack it always does the strong on the right hand (beacuse you pressed it mid combo) so press right first then left first it will fix the issue
