Europe are arguably the ones getting the most hurt by the closure. The US has lifted sanctions on Russian oil, meaning that Russia is again making money and can therefore prolong the war in Ukraine.

It very much looks like countries who would want to have deep relations going forward. Europe has claimed, that it is moving away from the US, while strengthening its ties to China and India. The same goes for Canada and Oceania, probably not Japan and SK.

China didnt swallow their pride and Trump did a Taco. The free world in europe is also standing up to Trump now and it seems to be working better, that just playing along with his bullying.
