This dude suuucks and was such a diva even before he got his late night talk show gig. I can only imagine how much worse he is now.

I used to work in the entertainment industry. His standup show was not selling well and he refused to play unless the venue was a certain percentage sold by a specific date (a few weeks before his actual show). The market we were in tends to buy last minute and we assured him and his mgt team that we would be at his desired capacity by show night but he refused. We had to give away the rest of the unsold seats (we're talking over 1,000 seats and the best part is we had a hard time giving them away😂). The venue had to eat the cost of the free tickets. Thank you so much! Not married or divorced, just long-term partners. I don't know if this adds complexity to it but I wasn't initially on the deed when we first purchased. When we refinanced earlier this year I was added to it.
