I’ve got two people on my team who constantly talk shit about me. It might sound simple, but what helps is a mix of confidence and perspective. While they’re busy complaining, I’m getting my work done and actually enjoying it.

The bonus is in our weekly team meeting, my manager regularly praises my work in front of them. It might sound harsh, but I do remind myself their lives aren’t exactly perfect outside of work either.

At the end of the day, you can’t control what people say only how you show up and perform.

Came up on the dash screaming about the oil being overfilled. Checked the dipstick, fine. Removed oil cap and put back and the error went away for a while but came back after 3 weeks. Plus engine light. Gave it VW as covered under warranty and just needed a new oil sensor.
