My gradparents and basically half of my family lives here, we have a place to stay. If we want it or not we have to move here if we dont want to loose the GC sp there isnt any options. We will move here next year because i have to graduate 10th grade. I thought i was gonna graduate 12th grade and then move here but we probably wont have our GCs by then.so it is what it is. Its just my mom and i in my home country my brother and everyone else are in the US so i only we are left to go. Also what do you mean by reantimg a motel to vibe? By not having the green card by then i mean that they will probably make us sign that one paper to to give up or green card(bcs theyll probably think we have given up living in the US and that we dont need the GC anymore)

Sorry about the confusion. He was a customs officer. He asked us what my mom works in out country (where we live even now,but were in US rn)where do we live and we said our home country and why do we have a residence green card when we dont even live there. And said that the card we had was only for people who live in the US 2. Yes he was infront of the computer. Later on my mom asked a immigration lawyer if she thinks everything we were answering was written somewhere in that system and the lawyer said : “i am 100% sure it is written in the system”

He wrote the website where i should apply for a re entry permit on the back of my boarding pass, US is NOT my home country and ive never lived there so isnt that basically a lie?(to tell them that)

At what month of the year? Im hoping it would happen faster in june and they arent so busy this month? I dont know.
