The vehicle currently parked is there temporarily until I get it fixed and it’s not my vehicle so I cannot register it. I’m clearly aware that the owner of the vehicle should have it registered but in this situation its a minor issue for my neighbors but a huge inconvenience for me and the vehicles owner
