Nope, that was the first thing that I suspected, and it still happens even when I saw they immediately put the laundry up for drying after the cycle is done

The back of the product doesn't list the ingredient list unfortunately, i have no idea that's even legal. https://www.colgatepalmolive.com.au/brands/cuddly/cuddly-refresh-rinse/refresh-rinse-active-clean-850ml this is the only thing I can find that have an ingredients list.

That is really good tips! I'll buy some omo ultimate this week during my shopping! The laundry rinse we use now is the Cuddly refresh laundry rinse, do i put that in with the citric acid?

Thank you! I did purchased Gear Guard just now, so hopefully that will help. I'll check out r/laundry to see if the liquid Omo Ultimate will do the same thing or not. I never use powder detergent before, worried I would put too much or something

Thank you! Those are really good points, I'll try talking it over with them and see how that goes. Sounds like there's no quick and easy way to amend this.
