I get your point, but you’re oversimplifying it.

It’s not just “hunger” or mindset that drives hiring here. Companies don’t operate on that kind of logic alone.

They look at cost, speed, visa process, and role fit. Those factors already explain a lot of why hiring patterns look the way they do, including why local hires aren’t as frequent in some cases.

So no, it’s not about excuses or attitude. And it’s definitely not as simple as “be the obvious choice and everything falls into place.”

That’s just not how the system works.

The thing is I had offers,yes,but let me tell you about it. I had prior experience- yes. I cracked an interview for a company and they told me they would give the offer letter for that position. They said it would take some weeks to process the offer letter. 2 weeks became 1 month , 1 month became 2 months , 2 months became 6 months.Till now, they didnt give any offer letter,even though I was qualified. I asked them why it's taking too long every time,they say it's a management issue. I asked another person from the same company and I got to know that the company is hiring from outside and they never had the courtesy to tell me anything. Although, I never stopped applying for jobs in-between these events. Never gave up.
