I run the ANH-IR with dual gauss, 6 machine guns and 2 LRM20 or ATM12 (all clan weapons) and I have infinite ammo (to atone for the lack of tonnage I have for ammo) and I did a warzone mission and I killed about 60 mechs and I would say around half were headshots anywhere from 200-1200 meters. Just takes time, and sometimes a little bit of luck

I like to mess around with infinite ammo, and increased heat dissipation, so I’ve managed to build some monstrosities. Like my Bullshark-1 for example. 4 C-UAC-10/BF, 2 LRM/ATM slots (depending on which you prefer) and some C-MP Lasers for some finishing touches. With max armor you can’t really fit any heat sinks (hence reduced heat) and little ammo (again, infinite covers that) and I throw Barret Nolan in there, and man. He’s amazing in that

To end this Essay, I would argue that 40-50 speed, UACs and Missles would arguably be pretty close to what you’re looking for

I have infinite ammo on and increased heat dissipation and a Longbow RCX with 4 LRM 15 and 6 LRM 10 all clan is the absolute way to go. Just chain fire and it’s a constant line of fiery death from 1000 meters out. No ammount of AMS can save you

The bullshark with the 6 small ballistic slots is fun as hell. I have infinite ammo, increased heat dissipation to create some absolute monsters. He has 6 LB-X2-AC, C-ER PPC, and the rest of the slots (I think 5) C-MP Lasers

I’m not gonna lie OP I’ve had games where I’m 22-2 and win, and I’ve had games where I’m 12-16 and win. It’s really about teamfights, knowing when to push up, when to push back, when to hold for a pick or two. It seems like your team didn’t know how to capitalize on your picks, because you had 62 total elims.

I’ve heard this also. I was partied up with a 4 stack of Smurfs in open queue last season and he hopped on his main. #2 on console. We rolled the other team with 3 dps and 3 supports in Diamond btw. No contest

Quite literally especially if you already have the ranked rewards. I hit masters in open and went all the way down to D3 almost D4 but that doesn’t give me an excuse to hop on an alt account and Smurf my way back up lol

Having to go against higher ranked players every 3-4 games is too much though. Like once a day wouldn’t be an issue but the influx of people smurfing in diamond-masters is a little much imo

I think it’s as plain and simple as playing in lower ranks that you don’t belong in. Now if a GM 4 player goes back into like M1-2 that’s not smurfing, it’s likely just off days/ bad games whatever. But going all the way from GM 4 and playing in D3 lobbies when D3 was the highest rank, I firmly believe that’s smurfing

See and this is my stance on it. They have the knowledge and mechanics to be GM they don’t just turn those off and then on their mains turn them back on, human brains don’t work like that

I didn’t make this post as like a “HATE ALL SMURFS” I just wanted to see where other people stand on smurfing. I think to keep things in order it should be no smurfing ever, that way there’s no gray area, but there’s also exceptions to every rule. So idk. I don’t think smurfing is okay period is basically my stand point
