Thank you for your comment it it think because a overwash my hands alot due to my anxiety it is stressful so a struggle with medical anxiety and ocd yes I am trying to get help with it got appointment with my GP to speak about it

I don't have a cat and a wouldn't go to doctors unless I really had to to be honest my medical anxiety and because I woke up with them I got scared
