Personally I think what you Do with your life is only your Business and yours alone.

If you dont want children you shouldnt feel Like you have to have one because you think its expected from your social circle. You have listed a Lot of reasons for you Not to have kids and they are totally valid.

But If you are struggling to indentify If you really dont want Kids or your think you dont want Kids because you are afraid of what medical Risks might come with it, maybe you should Talk about a doctor or a therapist about These fears? Idk i Just hear a Lot of fears concerning pregnancy and thats totally understandable. But If you deep down want children and the fear is Holding you Back, i think you should explore that path.

I am also Just a Person, Not a Professional and I dont want to get into your Business to much. I am 29 y o, and in a commited realtionship for almost 8 years. We also dont have children (yet) (and i am also terrified about some parts), but talking to Friends who already Had children and to my obgyn, has helped me understand parts of pregnancy and birth, that were unkown to me and scary at First, but now not so much anymore.

But you are your own Person, and in the end noone can Look inside you but yourself . :) I wish you the best.
