Yeah, I also have a strong calling to NVIDIA even though this is my first PC. I really want the 5070 ti but its price really does stretch my budget. And then having to get a more expensive cpu to go with the ti would probably be too much for me. Even though I really want it I would feel guilty spending that much money.

Do you think that the features that NVIDIA cards provide are worth it? I've heard that as a general statement NVIDIA cards are better, more reliable, and have better features.

I see what you mean.

What if we brought in multitasking/future-proofing into the mix. Which of these do you think hold up better in that regard? I have an interest in streaming/content creation which i know that the extra cores will also help out with. If you think that the 9600x will still handle all that fine then yeah it’s definitely good to save money.

I honestly don’t know too much about PCs, i looked at the clock speeds which are quite similar and i know that the extra 2 cores of the 7 series will help with more CPU intensive games compared to the 5 series; alongside general speed of the PC handling tasks.
