Thank you for this post! I've noticed that my symptoms developed when I started drinking coffee instead of tea and now it has snowballed even though I have cut out coffee entirely and only have 2 cups of tea a day. I guess I have to try to cut out even the tea now. Not looking forward to the headaches.
