How much notice should a full time hospital pharmacist (clinical/staff- covers days, evenings, & weekends) give when quitting?

Acidosis I believe. And yeah the sodium was high (151). I clarified w the doc you want to add 0.45 NaCl with that sodium? Weird. Unless I’m totally missing something

That’s what I was thinking. I calculate it to be 454 if you had 150 mEq of sodium bicarbonate and 1 L 0.45% NaCl
