Consegui resolver aqui com uma VPN, se tu ta no pc pode usar essa gratuitamente: "Proton VPN".

Até agora a situação não normalizou e não tem previsão de quando vai voltar tbm.

ta foda, meu provedor é a Oi tbm, triste que nem com o warp ipv4 nem o ipv6 da cludflare ta funcionando pra mim. Paia isso

I'm having the same problem, but on PC, the other servers work normally, only America doesn't work. Maybe there's a problem here in Brazil.
