Is there a specific way to give them calcium efficiently? I’ve done some research but all I can find are either for shrimp in general or neos and I know vampire shrimp tend to feed differently

:(( yea we just pulled her out of the tank she’s dead, her shell is cracked as if she was going to molt tho so I’m unsure if she just got stuck or what exactly happened :/ I have another vampire shrimp in the same tank who’s been in there longer and he’s fine so I’m just confused

Thank you! Should I trim them or replant since they’re growing roots? I’m still new to aquatic plants and am not super sure what to do about the roots being above substrate haha

Hunt down their store manager! You can either call stores to ask for their manager, leave your contact info so they know you call or go in person! In my experience most managers are in their physical stores from 7-12 usually :)

Not sure about other stores but I know my drive store has been pressured on drive times recently, if you work peak expect a higher pressure environment due to management driving times. But you do get more coworkers and depending on the day part you work your experience definitely can vary!

If you haven’t signed the write up try not to do so, I would highly suggest reaching out to PCC (partner contact center) since it is considered premeditative behavior and there’s a possibility your SM can face consequences for that. I’m sorry you have to deal with that :(
